We provide an independent, outsourced, claims handling service in order to lessen the administration and increase the margins of our clients businesses. Staffed by experienced London market and legally qualified claims personnel, it offers an integrated and managed claims solution, with 24/7 client access. 

Clients can monitor claims on an account-wide, individual facility or single claim basis, allowing them to keep track of claims information and to create reports whenever required. We use a market leading claims and case management software platform which has been developed to incorporate all required management information for each claim or circumstance and which can be tailored to clients’ individual needs. Our system also enables us to provide a detailed snapshot of any given claim or all claims and can be used to produce robust management information in a bordereau format. The bespoke claims software is web-based and can be accessed securely by clients directly and interrogated in real time to deliver whatever management information they may require.

Whilst our claims handling operation is independent of the legal practice, we can and do enjoy unlimited access to partners and have, over time, developed a network of loss adjusters and other experts that we know and trust.
