This approach allows us to provide tailored advice to our clients at the pre-contract stage, including contract selection, amendment and negotiations, strategic advice throughout the project as well as dispute avoidance and resolution advice.

The firm has an extensive network of relationships throughout the world which allows us to provide clients with the benefit of both input from locally qualified lawyers and our specific expertise in construction and engineering projects and disputes. Furthermore these relationships allow us to provide a local and specialised service but with low overheads, ensuring the service we provide is of the highest value.

In 1990 we founded Lexicom, a network of independent law firms throughout Europe which work together to enhance the breadth and quality of legal services they are able to provide to their clients.

Our extensive international experience has also resulted in a “best friends” relationship with the Africa Legal Network, a network of ten law firms throughout Africa, and in the Middle East with a local practice, Anjarwalla Collins & Haidermota.
