Fiona graduated from the University of Limerick in 2004 with a Bachelor of Law and European Studies. She completed her traineeship with Gleeson McGrath Baldwin Solicitors, Dublin where she gained extensive experience in personal injury litigation (both prosecution and defence), judicial review proceedings and residential and commercial conveyancing transactions.

She joined Beale and Company in 2009. She advises on construction law and professional negligence. She represents consulting engineers, architects, solicitors and their professional indemnity insurers in contentious matters.

Fiona is admitted as a Solicitor in Ireland.
