Claire joined Beale and Company in February 2010 from the Dispute Resolution Group at Shadbolt LLP.
Claire specialises in construction law and is experienced in all forms of dispute resolution. She has advised on complex disputes arising out of major infrastructure projects, including private finance disputes and has acted for government authorities, the private sector and for public sector organisations.
Claire has advised on a number of major infrastructure projects both for government authorities and the private sector. She has acted on both domestic and international major road projects, including an international project under the FIDIC contract involving claims in excess of $100 million in relation to a highway dispute in East Africa involving DAB proceedings and ICC Arbitration.
Claire has advised clients on UK domestic forms of contract, ad hoc contracts, PFI agreements and FIDIC contracts.
