Before joining Beale and Company in 2007, Nic spent two years in the in-house law department of a leading engineering consultancy. His work included drafting and negotiating professional appointments, collateral warranties and novations, as well as assisting with claims and construction related adjudications.
Nic has qualified into the professional negligence team in our Bristol office where he acts for and advises architects, solicitors, accountants, surveyors and their professional indemnity insurers.
Nic acts for both claimants and defendants in County Court and High Court litigation and other forms of dispute resolution.
