Nathan Modell
Solicitor
Nathan obtained a first class law degree from the University of Kent in 2004 and undertook the LPC at the College of Law in London.
Before joining Beale and Company, Nathan spent six years in the insurance team of an international ratings agency where he provided bespoke credit and financial analysis of Lloyd's Syndicates, non-life, life and composite insurers to a variety of financial institutions.
During his time at Beale and Company, Nathan has advised a range of clients including architects, engineers, contractors, solicitors, professional indemnity insurers and other commercial organisations in relation to a wide variety of matters from small value fee claims to high profile construction and engineering disputes both in the UK and overseas. He has experience in dealing with proceedings in the Technology and Construction Court, the High Court and County Courts as well as mediations and arbitrations.
Nathan has also advised on a range of commercial matters including intellectual property rights protection, employment issues and the sale and acquisition of businesses.
Nathan is a founding member of Beale and Company's charity group the Buns of Steel who undertake an annual outdoor expedition for a chosen charity.
