Lesley obtained her degree at the University of Leicester and as part of her degree studied at the Goethe University in Frankfurt. Lesley went on to complete the LPC at the College of Law in Birmingham. After joining Beale and Company in 2004 and completing her training contract, Lesley qualified into the dispute resolution team.
Lesley's experience has ranged from acting on complex high value multi-party disputes in the Technology & Construction Court to advising on smaller claims in the Chancery Division and County Court. She has advised engineers, surveyors and solicitors along with their professional indemnity insurers on a wide variety of disputes including those involving highly technical issues.
From pre-action to conclusion, Lesley has been involved through all stages of disputes and is skilled in litigation, arbitration, mediation and other forms of dispute resolution.
Lesley is a founding member of Beale and Company's charity group the Beale's Buns of Steel who undertake an annual outdoor expedition for a chosen charity.
