Keith specialises in dispute resolution advising and acting for professionals and their professional indemnity insurers. His practice comprises a varied caseload ranging from small private claims to high profile multi-party actions. Keith acts for a broad range of professionals including consulting engineers, architects and surveyors together with leading contractors and sub-contractors. He advises on all aspects of dispute resolution.
Keith's recent caseload includes:
- Defending a multi-million pound claim against a firm of consulting engineers in respect to a dispute arising out of an office development.
- Representing in mediation a firm of engineers in a dispute concerning the design and construction of timber frame roofing.
- Advising a multi-national firm of specialist sub-consultants in relation to fast tracked proceedings concerning a high profile multi-million pound construction project.
- Defending personal injury claims brought by way of a class action against a firm of consulting engineers arising out of a public transport system project.
- Advising a District Council in relation to pursuit of a claim against contractors, sub-contractors and consultants for breach of contract and consequential loss arising out of refurbishment to a sports complex.
