Simon has experience of advising clients (both contractors and employers) in large scale arbitration and litigation proceedings. He also has experience of appealing and defending Arbitrators awards.

He has advised various clients in adjudication proceedings both as the referring and the responding party. Simon acted for ABB Zantingh in one of the early adjudication cases to reach the TCC.

Simon spent six months on secondment to Transco plc's in-house legal department, whilst at his previous firm, and is thus aware of the commercial and practical pressures that face clients.
