Sheena obtained a first class degree in law from Brunel University and a first in the Solicitors professional examination. She was awarded the Sweet & Maxwell Book Prize at Brunel University for her final year dissertation on expert systems and the law.

Sheena has been involved in a wide range of professional indemnity claims, contractual disputes and criminal prosecutions under health and safety law. These have often involved a number of parties with competing interests and have related to projects overseas. She has a full breadth of knowledge and experience of all types of dispute resolution and has acted for clients in a number of adjudications.

Sheena runs Beale and Company's office in Dublin and is admitted to practice in Ireland. She is also admitted in Northern Ireland. Sheena represents professional indemnity insurers and insureds in Eire and Northern Ireland providing a replica service to that provided in England.
