Sally joined Beale and Company in July 2006 following two and a half years working in the litigation and insurance teams at Russell McVeagh, a New Zealand-based commercial law firm.

Her insurance experience includes advising on policy coverage issues and handling subrogated claims. She has acted for insurers, contractors, engineers and private insureds in a range of commercial and insurance disputes, court proceedings and multi-party mediations. She also has experience in regulatory matters including health and safety and competition law investigations and prosecutions.

Sally obtained her law degree at the University of Otago, and is admitted as a solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand.
