Nick joined Beale and Company in December 2005 following three and a half years working in the litigation and insurance teams at Russell McVeagh, a New Zealand-based commercial law firm.

He specialises in dispute resolution and has acted for insurers, contractors and engineers in a range of commercial and insurance disputes, court proceedings and mediations. His insurance experience includes drafting policy wordings, advising on policy coverage issues and handling subrogated claims.

Nick is admitted as a solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand.
