Martin joined Beale and Company in March 2007 as a partner in the Company and Commercial Department, having been a commercial partner in his previous practice in London for nearly 20 years.
Martin has a wide range of experience acting for clients, from individual entrepreneurs to large corporations, in relation to business transactions and commercial agreements. He has particular expertise in dealing with cross-border agreements and transactions.
His principal focus is now in relation to the construction industry and to property-related ventures.
He also deals with commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals and property development and funding.
