Mark joined Beale and Company Solicitors LLP in March 2006 following 6 years working in construction disputes for a major City law firm.

He has wide experience of advising employers, contractors and professionals upon all forms of dispute resolution including mediation, the TCC, the Court of Appeal, arbitration and adjudication.

Mark has advised upon a number of high profile construction and engineering and process engineering projects involving complex technical and design issues. He had a previous managerial career in manufacturing and logistics.
