Lyndon was trained and qualified as a solicitor at Beale and Company. He left the Firm in 1994 to work for Higgs & Hill plc as a legal advisor. Lyndon returned to private practice in 1996, working for city firms, first Berrymans and then Herbert Smith, before rejoining Beale and Company in 1999.
Lyndon has experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters. His main practice is commercial dispute resolution. He has acted in litigation, arbitrations, mediations and adjudications on behalf of construction professionals, contractors and utility companies.
Lyndon has also advised on PFI projects.
