Keith obtained a degree in Geography from Birmingham University in 1994 having specialised in pure and applied geomorphology and hydrology. He joined Beale and Company in 1997 having completed the CPE and LPC at De Montfort University, Leicester as part of his training to be a solicitor.

Since qualification, Keith has worked on a varied caseload ranging from small private claims to high profile multi-party actions. His main areas of practice are construction and professional indemnity law and he has acted for consulting engineers, architects, surveyors and their professional indemnity insurers. He has also worked for a number of leading contractors.

The claims Keith has advised upon have related to civil engineering works, damage to property, defects in buildings, drainage, health and safety and personal injury.
