Since qualifying as a solicitor in 1974, Keith has worked with a number of law firms in London and has also spent several years working in the public service and in the US.

Keith has wide experience in commercial and property law and his main areas of practice include the leasing, purchase or sale of most types of commercial property and the acquisition or sale of companies and businesses. He also advises upon joint venture, franchise, and licensing agreements.

Keith has experience of advising on secured lending on commercial property and to corporations generally, planning and compulsory purchase, and of issues relating to patents, trademarks, and copyright.

Keith also undertakes residential conveyancing for established clients.
