Janine obtained her law degree from the University of Durham in 1999 and took the LPC at the College of Law in Guildford, passing with Distinction. She trained as a solicitor with city firm DJ Freeman and joined Beale and Company on qualification in September 2002.

She has advised on numerous high profile actions including construction disputes, professional negligence claims, commercial disputes, insurance disputes and injunction applications.

She is member of the National Association of Women in Construction.
