Christopher became a consultant to the firm in October 2002 after many years of practice as a Beale and Company partner. Christopher's main areas of practice are construction and professional indemnity law. He has handled numerous construction disputes and professional negligence claims. He also acts in other litigation and arbitration on a wide range of commercial disputes including banking issues, disputes over loan guarantees, letters of credit, international trade, intellectual property and real property. Christopher also advises on non-contentious contractual issues arising out of building and civil engineering projects and appointments. He has had articles published in Construction News and Insurance Age and the Law Society's Gazette. |
