Companies House sets out transitional provisions for commonly filed forms

The final provisions of the Companies Act 2006 come into force on 1 October 2009. Companies House has just published a useful table on its website setting out the transitional provisions of the Companies Act 2006 for the most commonly filed types of forms and documents. The table is available at:
