The bespoke claims software used can be accessed by insurers directly and interrogated in real time to deliver whatever management information is required. Tailored reports can be created on a diarised basis to deliver specific reports to insurers at predetermined intervals throughout the year, direct to their inbox.
Our Claims Handling Service can be white labelled to provide a seamless service to policyholders. In addition to offering standard basic legal helplines, they can also take advantage of our unique Virtual Legal Service, which can deliver an outsourced in-house legal function.
